New Passive House Accomodation at RERTC
Xella BiH is supporting RERTC technology park by weatherizing new accomodation facility for the visitors. First time in BiH new thermo mineral material, YTONG MULTIPOR is used for this purpose.
YTONG Multipor termoizolacioni the solid material of mineral origin that do not contain fiber, ecological and biological totally secure. It consists of natural ingredients: lime, sand, cement and water. Its special features are not allergenic, non-flammable and non-combustible, does not release gas in case of fire, slowly heated.
Buildings are major consumers of thermal energy, especially in the long heating season, as in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Preserving a healthy environment and reduce electricity consumption have become a priority of every community. Ytong construction system saves up to 50% energy for heating in winter and cool in summer, which is much more cost-effective long term than any other conventional building systems. Ytong Multipor heat insulation, which, among other things used for insulating the outside of exterior walls, provide an adequate and safe solution. Ytong Multipor can be applied as a systematic, massive and mineral solution for exterior facades, preferably in combination with a compatible AAC from walls and ceilings for insulation in underground garages and basements, the internal insulation of external walls, addressing thermal bridging and heat-insulating system rendered facades.
RETRC - "Training Center and Technology Park for energy efficiency and renewable energy," which is located in Pazaric, opted for an optimal solution to thermal insulation of its new building within the training center, and for its construction and protection of AAC materials chosen. In this way the Xella BH Tuzla, which is engaged in the manufacture and sale of AAC materials in BiH, and RETRC Pazarić established partnership cooperation in order to present the show on the spot all the ease, speed, and the effects of the use of AAC Multipla, energy efficient materials that protect natural environment and is suitable for recycling. With the supervision of AAC engineers Ademir Ćatovića and Ytong instructor Nevzeta Kovacevic facility in Pazaric soon got Multipor new protective coat.
